Roku Player Officially in HD
I had the time after work to think about what it would take to get my Roku Netflix Player to upgrade. The menu was refusing to work, so I judiciously unplugged it for a few minutes and tried again.

Roku gets HD Firmware Update →
Supposedly, Netflix & Roku has started rolling out the newest firmware update which finally will bestow streaming HD to its phenomenal player.

I’m not really buying it. SSD’s may be the standard for notebooks and netbooks from here on out, but the HDD in the desktop will be here for the duration my friends. It may be the beginning of the future, but that future invloves storage solutions that are cheap and reliable, something that HDD has in the bag right now.
